These agents are achieved with effective communication, where the teacher must explain in detail the topics of training and research, must try in his flexible and at the same time parsimonious speech to leave no doubts, must pay all possible attention to understand, analyze and put practical examples that enrich the class to facilitate their learning and useful understanding of the topic or topics raised. The environment, an important factor in the performance of human beings in which they interact, is complex but at the same time conducive and synergistic, this process must offer safety and comfort, mobility, a diachronic impulse that allows certain work to act and promote human creativity. in the workplace, from his experience re-adapted to the educational field, highly systematized and aesthetic. A suitable environment must coexist so that the material and knowledge productivity is large and of high quality, linked to an economic benefit that satisfies at least his conditions of life and partial and total daily existentiality of man, in his generic environment.
