SUMMARY
The
update of the methodology of the Center of Studies of development of the
Central University of Venezuela (CENDES), of university Central of Venezuela,
(U.C. V), takes as a fundamental intention to be used in the investigations of
the social sciences, in the cases articulated with the Latin-American education
and of the Caribbean Sea, its systematization is of dissimilar nature and
referential cover, in favor of its theoretical applicability. However, economic
theories, political, sociological and historical processes, among other
arguments paradigmatic of sustainability of knowledge are key factors in the
dialectics of the reality of the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean. As a result, a significant experience appears
in the methodology to be used with methodical criteria based on the
hermeneutics from the optics, of systematical collision investigative used like
tool of analysis and interpretation associate - criticism of specific bases and
the etno-fenomenology like practical part for works of field and studies of
groups and/or social and educational facts directed to solve the critical knots
happened in the Latin-American and Caribbean ambience by means of the nullity
and/or acceptability of the cultivated and forged fact.
