UNEXCUSABLE INTEGRAL TRANSFORMATION SUSTAINED IN DIALECTICS AND THE CRITICAL DRAIN OF UNIVERSITY INSTITUTIONAL BODIES IN VENEZUELA.

The main purpose of this research is to approach the national socio-educational system within the framework of specific university education with the need to update research processes, training axioms, curricular activities, and adaptive understanding of the complex research method. in the changing context of the Venezuelan university, regarding the figure of transience, of the University Colleges (CU), University Institutes of Technology (IUT), in its process of fragmentation towards the Territorial Polytechnic Universities, UTP characterized by Organizational and holo-practical synergy, of aspects and possibilities of social, axiological, epistemological, ontological, educational and innovative, socio-critical and systemic factors related to the field of emerging research, supported by reason, logic, epistemic factors coherent monkeys and the real Socio-community identity, which redefines the scientific and operational scope of society, for itself and for itself, linked to the process of learning dialectical and contradictory knowledge for life and in life.
